Our client, a global insurance carrier (widely accepted as the leader in writing Multinational Controlled Master Program Business), was facing a threat to its market leading position as customers' expectations increased and competitors continued to build their capabilities and expertise to better serve multinational clients.


Members from the Milluk team, working closely with senior management from our client, developed a new roadmap to expand their value proposition for multinational clients.  

Specific recommendations were developed in the following areas:

- Global business practices;

- Customer experience and service delivery; and

- Technical enablers in support of our clients internal operations and external network partners.

This allowed our client to not only maintain its #1 position but also widen the gap with competitors in the multinational offering space.
